STUDENT REGISTRATION
For
~ NEW GRADES 1 ~ 12 STUDENTS ~
Please bring proof of age & proof of residence
All registrations will be at your neighbourhood school. If you wish your child to attend another school other than the one in your catchment area then register first at your neighbourhood school and get a school change request form signed by the Principal and then register at the school of your choice. You will then be put on a waitlist. For new French Immersion Grade 1 students, in the Belmont Zone register at École John Stubbs Memorial School & in the Milne’s Landing Zone, register at École Poirier Elementary School in Sooke.
Registration during the week of Feb. 1 - 5 will help in placing your child in your neighbourhood school. Registration after these dates will be subject to room being available in each school. While most, if not all, students living in a school’s local catchment will be accommodated at that school, students cannot be guaranteed placement in the catchment area school and may be required to go to the nearest school with room.

Bus Transportation: Any students requiring school bus transportation to and from school next fall must pre-register. Registration forms are available at schools, the Board Office on Jacklin Road and on the school district website. |
